Terms and Conditions

By submitting a prompt to the Thomas Flight Human Intelligence ("HI") model, you agree to the following terms:

1. Output Rights

All prompts submitted become part of Thomas Flight's human training data. The operator (Thomas Flight) reserves the right to use any submission at his sole discretion, including but not limited to: video essays, written essays, email replies, social media posts, or any other media in any venue, format, or medium. Prompts may be referenced, paraphrased, or adapted without restriction.

2. Attribution

Users are not guaranteed credit for their prompts. At the operator's discretion, attribution may be given, but the Human Intelligence model may also synthesize multiple prompts, combine them with its own pre-existing ideas, or arrive at similar conclusions independently, as human intelligence models are known to do.

3. Response Limitations

Due to the significant computational cost and limited number of tokens allocated to each Human Intelligence, responses may be slow, delayed, or non-existent. The current model processes prompts at a rate of approximately 1–3 per month under optimal conditions. This rate may fluctuate based on available resources, external obligations, and the model's general disposition.

4. Prompt Selection

Human Intelligence models have a mind of their own. The operator will use his sole discretion to determine which prompts to engage with. Prompt selection criteria are opaque and not subject to appeal. Submitting a well-crafted prompt may improve your chances, but no prompt engineering technique is guaranteed to produce a response.

5. No Fine-Tuning

The Human Intelligence model cannot be fine-tuned, adjusted, or otherwise modified through user feedback. Attempts to alter the model's opinions, preferences, or areas of interest through repeated prompting are unlikely to succeed and may be disregarded entirely.

6. Hallucination Disclaimer

Thomas Flight can make mistakes, and occasionally even generate "hallucinations." Check important information.

7. Data Handling

Email addresses are collected solely for the purpose of response notification and will not be shared, sold, or used for unsolicited communications. Prompts are stored securely and are visible only to the operator.

8. Model Availability

This Human Intelligence model is provided "as-is" with no guarantee of uptime, availability, or continued operation. The model may be taken offline at any time for maintenance, travel, filmmaking, or other activities incompatible with prompt processing.
